Some items may be shipped in less time based on availability of stock. It is further warranted not to rot, split, crack or peel during this period.[/fusion_toggle][fusion_toggle title=”Is the furniture made in the USA? ” open=”no”]We are proud to say that all of our products are made in the USA.[/fusion_toggle][fusion_toggle title=”Is this the same as the “recycled milk-jug” plastic furniture? ” open=”no”]No. In fact, we couldn’t be more different. There are many manufacturers making recycled resin furniture out of things such as milk jugs, plastic bags, and more. Our furniture is made from a polypropylene material, which is different than the plastics used in the recycled plastic products. Although our product does not contain post-consumer recycled plastics, we do recycle our own product back into our material and it is 100% recyclable at end of life.[/fusion_toggle][fusion_toggle title=”Will the fasteners rust or erode over time? ” open=”no”]No, we limit the use of fasteners in all of our furniture to give the cleanest look possible. When hardware is required, we use all marine-grade stainless steel fasteners.[/fusion_toggle][fusion_toggle title=”Will the colors fade or yellow over time?” open=”no”]No, not really. The answer isn’t a straight “no” because anything outdoors will fade over time – even your car! But the fade is so minimal, you’ll likely never even notice it. Same goes with our furniture and unlike many outdoor furnitures, our white will NOT yellow over time.[/fusion_toggle][fusion_toggle title=”I’ve scratched my furniture, now what?” open=”no”]The good news is, our material is solid all the way through. Deep scratches can be minimized by using a high-speed sander in a three step process:
1. Sand entire surface with #80 or #100 microfinish sandpaper to minimize the depth of the scratch.
2. Follow with #9 micro-finish sandpaper until smooth to the touch for a polished surface.
3. Wipe surface with soft cloth.[/fusion_toggle][fusion_toggle title=”How do I clean it?” open=”no”]Our products clean easily with a solution of bleach and water. Other commercial cleaners such as Simple Green, Soft Scrub, De-Solv-It or Mr. Clean’s Magic Eraser also work well.
